Our History
Campitelli Srl was born in 1974 from an idea of Campitelli Claudio as a company specialised in the maintenance of chemical and petrochemical plants, etc..
Over the years, thanks to the experience gained at the various plants, it began to directly build pipes and equipment for the same customers where it carried out maintenance; this was the beginning of the new production branch that since 1990 has become the main activity of the company.
Over the years, the experience in this sector has increased more and more, up to take a very important decision in 1998 to abandon construction sites and decide that the company had to devote 100% of production to the construction of skids, Vessel, exchangers, various pressure equipment.
At the same time, these changes led the company to change its headquarters, from Pioltello to Gorgonzola, and then to expand and move in September 2011 to Inzago in a custom-built warehouse for the production of what described above.
The new headquarters has allowed us to develop and expand our production activities in order to meet the needs of the market and our customers, allowing us to develop even large projects.
Our structure
Technical study
DB Progetti can develop drawings and calculations for basic / detail engineering and process engineering for filtration. Our team designs package plants, pressure vessels, piping and structures using certified software with regular licenses and maintenance subscriptions. Each calculation software is validated according to standard rules and updated according to the latest edition of international calculation codes (Asme VII Div. 1/Div. 2, EN 13445, Asme B 31.3/31.4 etc.). We have cooperated since 2012 with Hexagon as a training centre for PV Elite and Caesar II software
Coating
We have been collaborating for almost 20 years with a company specialised in industrial and anti-corrosion coatings, equipped with qualified personnel for treatment according to the most important international specifications: ARAMCO, NORSOK M-501, NUOVO PIGNONE, ENI, SAIPEM, TOTAL, PETRONAS, ECC.
In possession of ISO 9001/2015 quality management system certification and equipped with a wide range of control instruments, for constant verification of the entire production process.
The internal inspection/testing service is guaranteed by the figures of Quality Control, some of which are NACE and FROSIO certified.
Non-destructive testing
Iso 9001 certified supplier able to offer all services related to non-destructive testing.
Pickling
Consolidated partnership with Delmet for stainless steel pickling service
Heat treatments
Destructive tests and mechanical tests
Supplier able to offer METALLOGRAPHIC EXAMINATIONS, ELECTRONIC MICROSCOPE (FRACTURE EXAMINATIONS MICROANALYSIS) tensile tests, corrosion tests.
Transport
DUE. P SOC. COOP. is a transport company present throughout Italy since 2008. Specialising in the transportation of containers and swap bodies, piping, equipment and exchangers.
